NECTARIN

We produce white-fleshed and yellow-fleshed nectarines. Unlike peaches, they don't have a velvety skin, but rather a smooth, shiny one, with colors ranging from creamy yellow to carmine red. Their flavor is sweet and slightly acidic, with a firm and juicy texture. Available from December to March.

MONEY

Known for their distinctive shape, wider at the base and narrower at the top, these apples are soft and juicy when ripe, with a thin skin that can be green, yellow, or even reddish, depending on the stage of ripeness and the variety. The flesh is creamy white, with a smooth, firm texture and a sweet, refreshing flavor. Available from late January through March.

APPLE

CHERRY

NUT

The fruits are medium to large in size, with a thin, smooth, and well-sealed shell that is easy to crack. The almonds are large, light in color, and have a mild, sweet flavor, making them very well-balanced. Their texture is crunchy and pleasant on the palate. Available year-round, depending on demand.

Among our garlic varieties, you can find white or purple garlic, both with an intense, spicy flavor and a distinctive aroma. The bulb is composed of several cloves covered by a thin skin. White garlic has a milder flavor, while purple garlic offers a more intense and spicy taste.
